Refund policy

We understand that money can be tight during the early stages of being a startup so we want to give you as much peace of mind as possible when you purchase a product from us.

If your purchased as part of the "Early Bird" offer you can request a refund anytime while you are on that discount. We just ask you give us a reason why and allow us to try and fix the issue first.

If your purchased the product normally you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. No reason is required but we would appreciate it if you could give us some feedback on why you are requesting a refund.
