Terms of service
Effective October 4th, 2026
These terms are the agreement between your company and SaidThat, Inc. (“PitchGhost”, “we”, “us”) for using PitchGhost. They cover pitchghost.com, the PitchGhost app, our browser extension, and our integrations.
By creating an account or using PitchGhost, you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up for a company, you confirm that you’re allowed to agree on its behalf. If you don’t agree, don’t use PitchGhost.
Two other documents work alongside this one:
- Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal information.
- Our refund policy is part of these terms.
If you have a signed agreement with us, it wins wherever it conflicts with this page.
Who can use PitchGhost
PitchGhost is built for businesses. You must be at least 18 and use it for your work, not for personal or household purposes.
Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your teammates do.
- Each person needs their own login. Don’t share one.
- Tell us right away at support@pitchghost.com if you think someone got into your account.
Trials, plans, and payment
Free trial. New workspaces get a free trial. When it ends, you need a paid plan to keep using PitchGhost.
Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and you authorize us to charge your payment method each time.
One business per subscription. Each subscription covers one business. Don’t use a workspace to run PitchGhost for any additional companies, a client, or anyone else. If you work with more than one business, start a separate subscription for each. If we find one subscription being used for several, we can suspend or close it.
Canceling. You can cancel at any time from your settings. Canceling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Add-ons. Some features and services are sold separately. We show the price before you buy, and we charge it at the time of purchase.
Refunds. Our refund policy explains when we refund a payment.
Price changes. We can change our prices. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription. If you don’t want to pay it, cancel before your next renewal.
Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes. You pay any sales tax or similar tax that applies, apart from taxes on our income.
Missed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll tell you and try again. If it keeps failing, we can pause or close your workspace.
What you can’t do
Don’t use PitchGhost, or anything you get from it, to:
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Spam, harass, threaten, or deceive anyone.
- Decide whether someone gets credit, insurance, a job, housing, or a place in education. PitchGhost is not a consumer reporting agency, and Finds are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Find or sort people by sensitive traits, such as health, religion, sexual orientation, immigration status, or political views.
- Collect information about children.
- Resell, publish, or hand our data to anyone outside your company, except through the integrations we provide.
- Train an AI model, or build a product that competes with PitchGhost.
Don’t:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or scrape PitchGhost.
- Get around plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- Probe PitchGhost for weaknesses without our written permission.
- Overload PitchGhost or interfere with other customers.
If you break these rules, we can suspend your workspace. We’ll tell you why unless the law stops us.
Linked accounts and actions
Linking your social accounts is optional. Our searching process does not require it.
If you link an account, you confirm it’s yours, or that its owner let you link it. You authorize us to act through it when someone on your team tells us to, such as posting a reply they approved.
You’re responsible for everything sent or done through an account you link. That includes following the rules of the platform it belongs to. Platforms set and enforce their own rules, and they can limit or suspend an account at any time. We can’t control that, and we aren’t responsible if it happens.
Public posts and Finds
Finds come from public posts on social platforms we don’t own or control.
- We aren’t affiliated with LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Meta, or any other platform we cover. Their names and logos belong to them.
- Coverage can change. A platform can change how it works or cut off access without warning. We’ll work to adapt, but we can’t promise that any platform or data source stays available.
- Finds can be wrong. A post, a profile, or an email address can be out of date, incomplete, or mistaken. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- How you can use Finds. You can use them inside your company for your own business. The posts still belong to the people who wrote them.
- Reaching out is on you. When you contact someone you found through PitchGhost, you’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including email, marketing, and privacy laws.
- Removal requests. If a person asks us to delete their information, we can remove it from PitchGhost, including from your workspace.
AI
PitchGhost uses AI to judge which posts match your goals and to draft replies.
AI makes mistakes. It can miss a post you wanted, surface one you didn’t, or draft something inaccurate. A draft is a suggestion. Your team decides what gets sent, and you’re responsible for it.
We don’t use your workspace to train AI models. Our privacy policy explains what our AI provider receives.
Your content
Your content is what you put into PitchGhost: your company details, goals, notes, replies, and the records we read from tools you connect.
It stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy, and process it as needed to run PitchGhost for you, and to share it with the tools you connect and the vendors that help us operate. You confirm you have the right to give us that permission.
We can use totals that don’t identify you or anyone else to improve and describe PitchGhost.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely, with no obligation to you.
Our product
We own PitchGhost, including its software, design, name, and logo, and Pitchie. While your plan is active, you can use PitchGhost for your business within your plan’s limits. We keep every right we don’t give you here.
We can name your company and show its logo as a PitchGhost customer. Email us if you’d rather we didn’t, and we’ll take it down.
Tools you connect
PitchGhost works with tools from other companies, such as Slack and your CRM. You choose which to connect. Those tools run under their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for what they do with the data you send them.
Privacy and security
Our privacy policy describes how we handle personal information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your workspace.
When your content includes personal information about other people, such as your CRM contacts, we handle it on your behalf and only to provide PitchGhost. You’re responsible for having the right to share it with us. If your company needs a data processing agreement, email us.
Changes to PitchGhost
We add, change, and remove features. If we remove something you rely on from a plan you’re paying for, we’ll give you reasonable notice.
Features marked beta or early access are provided as they are. They can change or disappear at any time.
We work to keep PitchGhost running, but we don’t promise it will always be available.
Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by canceling your plan or deleting your workspace.
We can suspend or close your workspace at any time, for any reason. That includes breaking these terms, not paying, or putting PitchGhost or other people at risk. We’ll give you notice when we reasonably can. If we close your workspace and you didn’t break these terms, we’ll refund the part of your current billing period that you didn’t use.
Afterwards, your access ends. Export anything you need first. We delete your workspace as our privacy policy describes. The sections of these terms that are meant to outlast the agreement still apply, including what you can’t do, the disclaimer, the limits on liability, your promise to cover us, and how disputes are handled.
Disclaimer
PitchGhost is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don’t promise that PitchGhost will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Finds or AI output will be accurate or complete, that any platform will stay available, or that using PitchGhost will produce any particular result, including leads or revenue.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, even if told they were possible.
Our total liability for everything connected to PitchGhost and these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
These limits don’t apply to what you owe us for your plan, to your promise to cover us in the next section, or to anything the law says can’t be limited.
Your promise to cover us
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, an account you linked, how you contacted or treated people you found through PitchGhost, or your breach of these terms, you’ll defend us and pay the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees. We’ll tell you about the claim promptly and let you run the defense. You won’t settle in a way that puts obligations on us without our agreement.
Disputes
Talk to us first. Email support@pitchghost.com. We’ll both try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days before either of us takes it further.
Governing law. Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Arbitration. If we can’t resolve a dispute, it goes to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Atlanta, Georgia, in English, before one arbitrator. Either of us can still go to court to stop misuse of intellectual property or confidential information, or to collect unpaid fees.
No class actions. Each of us can bring claims only on our own behalf, not as part of a class or group action.
Deadline. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event that caused it.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll email you or post a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using PitchGhost after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, cancel before they take effect.
The rest
- Whole agreement. These terms, the documents they link to, and any signed agreement between us are the whole agreement about PitchGhost. They replace anything earlier.
- Transfers. You can’t transfer this agreement without our written consent. We can transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
- If part fails. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term, we can still enforce it later.
- Outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by something beyond reasonable control, such as an outage at a platform or provider.
- Notices. We’ll send notices to the email address on your account. Send yours to support@pitchghost.com.
- Trade rules. You confirm you aren’t barred from receiving US services under export or sanctions law.
- Relationship. We’re independent companies. Nothing here makes us partners or agents of each other.
