Do I have to link my LinkedIn account?
No. Your Ghost finds content without it. Linking your account is 100% optional. You only need to link it if you want to respond directly from PitchGhost.
Do we need a paid LinkedIn plan?
No. You don't need LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator. Your Ghost finds content without using your account.
How is this different from a keyword alert?
A keyword alert sends you every post that contains the word. Your Ghost pre-reads each post and only gives you the posts that truly fit the goal you gave it.
Can I monitor specific people or companies?
Yes. You can go beyond keywords and give your Ghost a list of people or company pages, or pick a list from your CRM. Your Ghost will monitor all their posts and notify you when something meets your criteria.
How fast will I hear about a post?
It's up to you! Your Ghosts can check as often as once an hour, or as infrequently as once a week. You can change it at any time and per Ghost.
Does PitchGhost automatically post for us?
Not without your approval. Your Ghost will only give you a suggested response, but someone on your team decides whether to send it, edit it, or ignore it.
Do we only get one Ghost per platform?
No. You can have as many Ghosts as you want, each with its own goal and frequency. Each Ghost can monitor different people, companies, or keywords.
Is there a limit to how many posts we can get?
No. All plans include unlimited Finds. What gets delivered to you is fully based on your goal for that Ghost.
Are you officially partnered with LinkedIn?
No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners (LinkedIn Corporation). We only pull publicly available posts, and never use your account to find content.
Can I use this instead of Sales Navigator?
Sales Navigator is still a great tool for finding prospects and leads to monitor using PitchGhost. All things being equal, we recommend using both. But if you don't have Sales Navigator, you can still use PitchGhost to find prospects and leads to monitor by traits like job title, company size, where they work, and location.
Does a target account know we are monitoring them?
No. Your Ghost only monitors publicly available posts, and never uses your account to find content. It's functionally the same as if you were checking their posts yourself, but your Ghost does it for you and only tells you about the posts that matter to your business.
Can I use this with my CRM?
Yes. You can give your Ghost a list of people or companies from your CRM, and it will monitor their posts for you. See our integrations page for a list of supported CRMs.
Can I use this with my AI Agent?
Yes. You can use your Ghosts to find posts, and then send them to your AI Agent for a suggested response. See our MCP integration for more information on how to connect your AI Agent.
