Choose what happens with each Find
Add a note to the contact, create a task, or do nothing in HubSpot. Then tell your Ghost what matters to you.
What it does
- Monitors the contacts on a HubSpot list on LinkedIn, with no keywords to write
- Finds the LinkedIn profile for contacts that don't have one
- Adds each Find to the contact as a note, or as a task with a suggested response
- Shows a contact's Finds inside HubSpot
- Lets you respond to a contact's LinkedIn post without leaving HubSpot
A question still haunting you?
Will it change our HubSpot data?
No. Your Ghost only adds notes or tasks for contacts already on your list, and only if you ask it to. It can also save a contact's LinkedIn URL, but only if you turn that on. It doesn't edit or delete your contacts.
Does PitchGhost contact anyone in our HubSpot?
No. PitchGhost never emails or messages your contacts. It only gives your team a note or a task with a suggested response, and someone on your team decides what to do with it.
Do you need my HubSpot password?
No. We never ask for your HubSpot username or password. Our integration uses HubSpot’s secure and official sign-in to let you approve PitchGhost for access to your account.
Do my contacts need a LinkedIn URL in HubSpot?
No. Your Ghost finds the LinkedIn profile for contacts that don't have one, using their name and company, or email.
Do we need to write keywords?
No. You pick a list and tell your Ghost what matters to you. It reads what those people post on LinkedIn and only keeps what fits.
Does my team have to leave HubSpot?
No. Each Find shows up in HubSpot as a note or a task, with a suggested response. If you want to take it from there, you can.
