Salesforce
Know when someone in a Salesforce campaign posts something worth replying to.
Set up Salesforce
Connect your Salesforce account
In Settings, open Integrations and connect Salesforce. Salesforce will ask you to approve PitchGhost for access to your account.
Pick a Salesforce campaign
Create a User Monitor Ghost, choose Smart Sync, and pick the campaign whose members you want to monitor.
Choose what happens with each Find
Add a note to the record, create a task for an owner you choose, or do nothing in Salesforce. Then tell your Ghost what matters to you.
What it does
- Monitors the members in a Salesforce campaign on LinkedIn, with no keywords to write
- Finds the LinkedIn profile for members that don't have one
- Adds each Find to the record as a note, or as a task with a suggested response
A question still haunting you?
Will it change our Salesforce data?
No. Your Ghost only adds notes or tasks for members already in your campaign, and only if you ask it to. It can also save a member's LinkedIn URL, but only if you turn that on. It doesn't edit or delete your members.
Does PitchGhost contact anyone in our Salesforce?
No. PitchGhost never emails or messages your members. It only gives your team a note or a task with a suggested response, and someone on your team decides what to do with it.
Do you need my Salesforce password?
No. We never ask for your Salesforce username or password. Our integration uses Salesforce’s secure and official sign-in to let you approve PitchGhost for access to your account.
Do my members need a LinkedIn URL in Salesforce?
No. Your Ghost finds the LinkedIn profile for members that don't have one, using their name and company.
Do we need to write keywords?
No. You pick a campaign and tell your Ghost what matters to you. It reads what those people post on LinkedIn and only keeps what fits.
Does my team have to leave Salesforce?
No. Each Find shows up in Salesforce as a note or a task, with a suggested response. If you want to take it from there, you can.
