No. Every Find comes with a suggested response, but whether you use it is up to you. Plenty of teams use their Finds just to stay informed.
How fast will I hear about a post?
It's up to you! Your Ghosts can check as often as once an hour, or as infrequently as once a week. You can change it at any time and per Ghost.
