Respond on Reddit using your own account, with a response written to fit each subreddit's rules.
Our contract renews in March. 30 agents, mostly email and chat. What should we look at?

What it does
- Comments, votes, and sends private messages as you
- Reads each subreddit's rules before it writes a response
- Works for a personal account or a brand account
A question still haunting you?
Do I have to link a Reddit account?
No. Your Ghost finds content without it. Linking your account is 100% optional. You only need to link your Reddit account if you want to respond directly from PitchGhost or our other integrations.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for your Reddit username or password. Our integration uses Reddit’s secure and official OAuth system to let you approve PitchGhost for access to your account.
Will our comments get flagged as spam, promotion, or an ad?
Ultimately you're responsible for the comments you make. However, your Ghost reads each subreddit's rules before it gives you a suggested response. You still read every response before it goes out. Each subreddit has its own rules and moderation, so we can't guarantee that your comment will never be removed. But your Ghost will help you avoid the most common reasons for removal.
Does PitchGhost automatically post for us?
Not without your approval. Your Ghost gives you a suggested response, but someone on your team decides whether to send it, edit it, or ignore it.
Can each person on my team use their own account?
Yes. Everyone can link their own Reddit account, and pick which one to respond from on a case-by-case basis.
Can I control who posts using my account?
Yes. You have complete control over who else in your company can post using your account.
