Set up Microsoft Teams
Connect Microsoft Teams
In Settings, open Integrations and sign in with Microsoft.
Pick a team and a channel
In each Ghost's Notifications settings, add the bot to a team and choose the channel its Finds go to.
Engage from Teams
Click Take Action, edit the draft, and send. The first time, you link your Teams account.
What it does
- Sends each Find to the channel your team already reads
- Writes the reply, so your team only has to edit and send
- Shows who replied, so no post gets answered twice
- Uses your team's ratings to choose better Finds
A question still haunting you?
Does my team need to learn a new tool?
No. Finds arrive in Teams, and your team can reply to items directly from there.
Does PitchGhost ever post for us?
Not without your approval. Your Ghost gives you a suggested response. Someone on your team decides whether to send it, edit it, or ignore it.
Will it spam us with too many messages?
No. Your Ghost will only send you the posts that fit your exact goal. For a busy Ghost, you can get one message per scan instead.
Can each team have its own channel?
Yes. You choose where each Ghost sends its Finds to. So sales, customer success, and marketing each see only their own Finds.
